Poor Camel

The president of France was given a camel as a gift, but was unable to take it with him, so supposely the camel was given to a farmer that lived in West Africa. The family was aked to take care of the animal, until the preident took it. Since the president did not ask for the camel they ate it, but soon after the president asked for it and they no longer had it. The authorities from West Africa said it was all a misunderstanding and that they would replace the camel. All the trouble that a camel can cause.

  1. Sounds more like bad communication.

Now, let's say I want someone to watch over my dog for a while. When I return to see that the dog has been eaten even though I made it clear that I don't want it to be eaten, I would do more than just saying, "Eh, you did what you had to do." I would file charges.

So, this is what I'm getting: it doesn't matter how long you kept something that belonged to someone else. If it doesn't belong to you, your only business is to preserve it. So if I give someone an animal and find that person butchers it, or simply doesn't have it, they would face unimaginable rage.
